Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide food/cater? No. We do not have the facilities for catering. You are welcome to bring in your own food, have it catered. You can bring your own BBQ grill and grill onsite. Turkey Cookers are not allowed. Fire Pits are not allowed.
Do you provide paper plates, napkins, forks etc. for our food? No. Please bring your own paper products for food, including plates, napkins, silverware, 10 oz drinking cups and any Ice that you may need for cold drinks.
Do you provide balloons and helium for balloon arches? No. I do not create the balloon arches. Although I have an electric balloon pump that is helpful in creating the balloon arches.
Do you provide centerpieces for the tables including fresh flowers? We have a few standard centerpieces that you are able to use. We do not provide fresh flowers or vases. I do have a variety of tablecloths that are included in your rental. You are welcome to bring in your own centerpieces.
Can we stick things on the wall and ceiling?: No. Decorating restrictions include no tape, pins, sticky tape, nails, staples, pins, stickers, command strips on any painted surface.
Can we place the cake table on the carpeted area? No.If you have a smash cake for a 1-year-old, you will need to bring a large plastic tablecloth and place under the high chair and the child.
Can we bring in our own sound system? Yes. There is limited space inside for large sound systems/light systems. There is limited plug ins outside. All loud music needs to be turned down significantly at 10 pm per City of Lebanon Noise ordinance.
Can we bring in Alcohol? Please refer to OLCC guidelines on the Restrictions page of Rental Agreement.
